One Group Order. Less Admin. More Confidence.
Ordering custom T-shirts for a school, PTA, summer camp or student organization should not turn into weeks of chasing artwork, sizes, quantities and deadlines.
Start with one design, one organized size breakdown and one clear event date. We help turn those details into a production-ready group order—so you can spend less time managing T-shirts and more time running your school, event or community.

Built for the Way School Groups Actually Order
A field-day shirt, a PTA fundraiser, a summer camp tee and a student club merch drop may all start with a T-shirt—but they are not the same project. Choose the setup that matches how your group will actually wear, distribute and use the shirts.

Schools & School Events
For field days, spirit weeks, graduation events, clubs, staff shirts and school-wide activities.
Keep one design consistent across the group while organizing quantities and available sizes before production.
Best for:
Field Day · Spirit Week · Graduation · Staff · Clubs · Orientation

PTA & PTO Groups
For parent associations, volunteer teams, community events and fundraising merchandise.
Use bulk quantity pricing to understand your cost before deciding whether shirts will be distributed, sold or used as part of a fundraiser.
Best for:
PTA Events · Volunteers · Parent Groups · Fundraising · School Community

Summer Camps
For campers, counselors, staff teams and recurring camp activities where comfort, durability and easy group identification matter.
Choose the garment weight around how the shirt will actually be worn—especially for outdoor and warm-weather programs.
Best for:
Campers · Counselors · Outdoor Activities · Camp Staff · Group Sessions

Student Organizations
For clubs, campus events, recruitment, student communities and merchandise that should still feel wearable after the event is over.
Choose a more substantial blank and strong front-or-back artwork when you want the shirt to feel closer to real merchandise than a disposable event tee.
Best for:
Student Clubs · Campus Events · Recruitment · Club Merch · Community Drops
One group. One confirmed order. One clear production plan.
A Simpler Way to Manage a Large Group T-Shirt Order
You should not need dozens of messages, scattered spreadsheets and last-minute artwork changes to place one group order.
For a straightforward bulk project, organize the information into four decisions before production:
Choose the Shirt for How It Will Actually Be Worn
Not every school or group project needs the same T-shirt. A student merch drop, an everyday school event and an outdoor summer camp place very different demands on fabric weight, structure and comfort.

260gsm Heavyweight Cotton
A denser, more structured cotton jersey for projects where the T-shirt should feel like merchandise—not simply an event giveaway. The heavier body holds an oversized silhouette well and gives larger front or back graphics a more substantial base.
For Premium Student Merch & Long-Term Wear
- Student organizations
- Club merchandise
- Staff merch
- Premium school drops
- Cooler-season events

180–200gsm Regular Weight
A more versatile everyday weight for school activities, PTA projects, staff shirts and group events where you want a familiar T-shirt feel without the heavier structure of a 260gsm jersey.
VERSATILE · EVERYDAY · EASY TO WEAR
- School activities
- PTA events
- Volunteers
- Staff
- General group orders

160gsm Performance Option
A lighter performance-oriented option for active programs where heat, movement and repeated activity matter more than a heavyweight streetwear feel.
For the current 160gsm sports option, minimum quantities differ from standard DTG shirts. Confirm the production route before ordering.

Keep Your Logo, Mascot and School Artwork Consistent
Your school identity is the part of the shirt people notice first. Before a bulk order moves into production, the artwork, garment color and print location should all be clear.

Hotspot 1
Front Logo
School crest, club name, event mark or small left-chest artwork.

Hotspot 2
Large Back Artwork
ldeal for event details, club graphics, camp artwork or a larger mascot composition.

Hotspot 3
Black vs White Garments
The same artwork can look very different on black and white cotton. Review both versions when your group is ordering both garment colors.

Hotspot 4
Print Detail
Look at edges, fine lines, small text and color contrast—not just the overall mockup.
Plan the Quantity Before You Commit the Budget
The easiest school order to manage is one where the artwork, garment color, quantity and size breakdown are settled before production starts.
For the standard DTG program, orders start from 20 pieces per artwork × garment color.
Start With One Artwork
Keep one design consistent across the selected garment color wherever possible.
Build the Size Breakdown
Add the available sizes together before checkout instead of ordering one size at a time.
Use Volume Pricing
Larger group quantities move into the volume tiers shown in the product section above.
Plan Fundraising Margin
If shirts will be resold by a PTA or student group, calculate your unit cost first, then choose the resale price and fundraising margin that works for your organization.
How Long Do Custom School T-Shirt Orders Take?
For a fixed-date school event, camp opening or student activity, the safest way to plan is backward from the date the shirts must arrive—not forward from the day you place the order.
Turnaround depends on the garment, order quantity, artwork status, print method and shipping destination. Tell us your required arrival date before production begins so the schedule can be reviewed as part of the order.

Step 1
1. Order & Event Date
Tell us what you need and when the shirts need to arrive.

Step 2
2. Artwork & Size Check
Confirm design, garment color, quantities and size breakdown.

Step 3
3. Print Setup
Finalize the artwork and print placement before bulk printing.

Step 4
4. Production & QC
Print the order, check output, quantities and visible defects.

Step 5
5. Packing & Shipment
Pack the confirmed order and move it into shipment.
Custom School & Group T-Shirt FAQs
What is the minimum order for custom school T-shirts?
For our standard DTG program, the minimum starts at 20 pieces per artwork × garment color. Other garment or printing programs can have different minimums.
Can I mix different sizes in one school order?
Yes, available sizes can be combined into a final size breakdown for the same artwork and garment setup. Confirm the complete size mix before production wherever possible.
Do you offer youth sizes?
Our current ready-to-order range is primarily based on adult sizing. If dedicated youth sizing is required for younger students, contact us before placing the bulk order so the requirement can be reviewed first.
Can you print our school logo or mascot?
Yes, provided you own the artwork or have permission to reproduce it. Upload the highest-quality artwork available and confirm the intended print position.
Can the same design be printed on both black and white shirts?
Yes, but the artwork may need to be reviewed for contrast because the same colors can appear differently on black and white garment backgrounds.
Which T-shirt is best for summer camps?
For warm-weather and active programs, a lighter shirt is usually more practical than a heavyweight merch-style tee. Choose according to heat, activity level and how long the shirt will be worn each day.
Which shirt is best for a student organization merch drop?
A heavier, more structured cotton T-shirt is usually the stronger choice when the goal is to create merchandise students may continue wearing after the event.
How early should we order before a school event?
Order as early as practical. The final timeline depends on artwork readiness, quantity, garment selection, production method and shipping destination. For a fixed event date, provide the required arrival date before production.
Can PTA groups use bulk orders for fundraising?
Yes. Use the product's volume pricing to determine the purchase cost, then set your own resale price and fundraising margin.
Can we reorder the same shirts later?
If the garment and production setup remain available, a repeat order can usually start from the previous artwork setup. Quantity, availability and current pricing should be reconfirmed before each reorder.
