Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local carrier operations.

  • United Kingdom: 3–5 business days

  • Europe: 5–7 business days

  • Canada: 6–9 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–7 business days

Delivery timeframes begin after the order has been shipped.


Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery region.

We use standardized shipping rates to keep pricing transparent and predictable.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Please note that tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after dispatch, depending on the carrier.


Delivery Issues & Claims

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us within 30 days of placing your order so we can assist with a delivery investigation.

  • If tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, or if items are missing or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • If your package arrives damaged, opened, or with missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide relevant photos for verification.


Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

MODAKNITS is not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
