Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • In original condition with all tags attached

  • Free from stains, odors, or damage

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Worn, washed, or altered items

  • Items without original tags

  • Items damaged due to improper use or care

  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)


Return Process

To request a return, please contact us at hello@modaknits.com within 14 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the return reason.
Our customer service team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order to avoid delays and initiating a return for the original item.

This approach allows us to process orders efficiently and maintain accurate inventory availability.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to:

  • An incorrect item received

  • A defective item or shipping-related damage

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos so we can assist promptly.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after approval, please first check with your bank or payment provider.

International Returns

Please note that international returns may take longer to process due to transit times.

MODAKNITS is not responsible for delays caused by international return shipping.
