A DTG Production Back End Built Around Your Business
Keep selling under your own name while Modaknits manages approved DTG production, quality control, packing and consolidated shipment from Dongguan.

Your End Clients Remain Your Clients
Modaknits does not actively contact, quote, market to or solicit an agency’s end clients without the agency’s permission.
Relationship Control
You continue to manage pricing, sales communication, retail positioning and the commercial relationship with your end client.
Information Control
Client codes, project IDs and design IDs can be used to separate production records without exposing unnecessary commercial information.
Marketing Control
Approved artwork, logos and production images are not placed on our website, advertising or social channels without permission.
A 260gsm Blank Your Clients Can Position as Real Merchandise
The garment should support the value of the artwork—not make the finished product feel like a disposable promotional shirt.
Heavyweight Merch or Lightweight Promotion?
Choose 260gsm when the T-shirt is part of the product your client is selling—not merely a surface carrying a logo.

More visual structure, a more substantial hand feel and a stronger foundation
260gsm Heavyweight Merch Blank

Lower garment weight and a softer, less structured presentation
Lightweight Promotional T-Shirt

An Oversized Fit Needs Proportion—not Just Extra Width
Use actual garment measurements to evaluate chest width, body length, shoulder position and sleeve proportion. A size label alone does not explain how an oversized T-shirt will fit your client’s audience.
Use DTG for Artwork That Is Difficult to Simplify
Full-color DTG gives print shops and merchandise agencies a production path for artwork containing photography, gradients, fine detail and many colors—subject to file and garment review.

Photography
Preserve tonal transitions and photographic detail without reducing the image to a small number of spot colors.

Full-Color Illustration
Handle artwork containing many colors and overlapping visual elements.

Watercolor and Gradients
Review subtle transitions, transparent edges and garment-color interaction before production.

Character Artwork
Separate multiple characters or versions into traceable design records.

Fine-Line Graphics
Check line width and final print dimensions before approving the production file.

Distressed and Halftone Artwork
Review dot structure, negative space and dark-garment white-underbase behavior.
The Same Artwork Does Not Print the Same Way on Black and White
White Garment
Usually requires a different output approach from a dark garment. Soft tones, light edges and subtle transitions may remain visually cleaner, while the cotton surface still affects the finished image.
Black Garment
Typically requires pretreatment and a white underbase. Dark artwork areas, transparency, soft shadows and semi-transparent edges need separate review.

We Check the Production File Before It Reaches the Printer

Step 1
Resolution
Artwork should be prepared for the intended print dimensions. Changing a low-resolution screenshot to “300 DPI” does not restore missing detail.

Step 2
Background
Use a transparent-background PNG when a printed rectangular background is not part of the intended design.

Step 3
Black-Garment Risk
Review dark areas, transparency, black elements, fine edges and the expected white-underbase behavior.

Step 4
Print Dimensions
Confirm actual width, height, position and whether size-based artwork scaling is required.

Step 5
Version Approval
Every production revision receives a controlled version. An approved file is not silently overwritten by a later attachment.
DTG Multiple Designs Production Records
Different designs can move through one commercial order while remaining separate for artwork review, MOQ validation, first-print checking, packing and reorder history.

FAQs
Please read our FAQs page to find out more.
Is this a one-piece POD fulfilment service?
No. This product is structured around consolidated small- and medium-batch trade DTG production.
Can several designs share one 20-piece MOQ?
Yes but the price would be higher than 1 design 20pcs.
Can sizes be mixed?
Yes. Sizes can be mixed inside the same qualifying design-and-color unit.
Will Modaknits branding appear in the packing?
Neutral packing options are available. Legal, customs and transaction documents remain subject to the actual trade and shipping arrangement.
Can I test the artwork before bulk production?
Yes. Artwork, black-and-white, layout and production-sample paths can be selected according to the project risk.
What happens if the 260gsm blank changes?
A material, garment-color or structural change must be disclosed and reviewed before an approved reorder continues.
