Your Event Date Comes First
We plan production backward from the date your merchandise needs to arrive — not simply from the date you place the order.
For conferences, exhibitions, product launches and brand activations, a late T-shirt is more than a late shipment — it can miss the entire purpose of the project.
Share your required delivery date when you order. We use it to plan the key production stages around your event schedule.
Artwork Check
We review your artwork, print position and order requirements before production.
Design Confirmation
Confirm garment colour, size breakdown, front/back artwork and project quantities.
Print Approval
Review the design presentation before the bulk production stage.
Production
Your approved event merchandise moves into scheduled printing and production.
QC & Packing
Front-only and front + back configurations can be selected according to your project.
Dispatch Before the Event
Shipping is planned against your required delivery date with an appropriate logistics buffer.
One Event Doesn't Always Mean One T-Shirt
A conference crew, VIP guest and attendee giveaway may all belong to the same event — but they do not always need the same garment.
Choose the T-shirt according to who will wear it, how it will be used and the brand impression you want to create.
Make Event Merchandise Feel Worth Keeping
Your campaign may last one day. The T-shirt can represent your brand much longer.
A heavier garment creates a very different impression from a lightweight promotional giveaway.

Your Artwork Should Look Like Your Artwork
Front Artwork. Back Tour Dates. One Tour Tee.
Full-Colour DTG

Fine Details
- Designed to preserve small visual elements and detailed illustration.
Gradients
- Supports artwork with tonal transitions and photographic elements.
Black Garments
- White ink underbase supports colour visibility on dark cotton.
Front + Back Printing

Artwork Review
- Files are checked before production to identify obvious print-readiness issues.
Approve the Project Before Bulk Production
The wrong artwork, placement or garment choice becomes expensive when multiplied across hundreds of event T-shirts.
1. Upload Your Artwork
Add your front and/or back design when configuring the product.
2. Confirm Project Details
Garment colour, sizes, quantity, print position and event date.
3. Review the Presentation
Confirm the agreed artwork setup before the bulk run.
4. Release for Production
Production proceeds from the confirmed project specifications.
Manage More Than One T-Shirt Inside the Same Project
Real events are rarely one-size, one-design projects.
Your merchandise program may include different garments or artwork for staff, crew, speakers, VIP guests and attendees.
Choose a Quantity That Matches Your Event
Whether you are testing a small activation or preparing merchandise for a larger conference, production should match the real scale of the project.
Small Activations
Creator events · VIP groups · Pilot projects
Staff & Brand Teams
Crew apparel · Launch teams · Small conferences
Conferences & Campaigns
Attendee merchandise · Agency projects · Pop-ups
Larger Event Runs
Campaign merchandise · Multi-team projects · Larger attendee programs

Make Distribution Easier When the Merchandise Arrives
Event teams should not have to open every carton just to find the right sizes or project group.
Where agreed for the order, merchandise can be prepared according to the project packing plan before dispatch.
Sorted by Size
- S / M / L / XL / XXL
Grouped by Project
- Staff / Crew / VIP / Attendee
Individual Packing
- Available when required for the project.
Carton Identification
- Clear external project references help teams identify contents.
Multiple Destinations
- Discuss split-shipment requirements before production planning.

Event Plans Change. Tell Us Early.
Registration increases. A sponsor changes. Artwork gets approved late. A team suddenly needs additional shirts.
Event projects move quickly, so changes should be identified before they become production problems.
Need More T-Shirts?
- Tell us the additional quantity as early as possible. Feasibility depends on production stage, garment availability and required delivery date.
Artwork Changed?
- Changes may be possible before the relevant production stage is released. Confirm revised artwork before printing begins.
Event Date Moved Forward?
- Contact us immediately so production and logistics feasibility can be reassessed.
Need Another Delivery Location?
- Discuss split-shipment requirements before packing and dispatch planning.
Built for the Way Event Merchandise Projects Actually Work
Planning Event T-Shirts? Start With the Date, Quantity and Artwork.
How far in advance should I order event T-shirts?
Order as early as possible once your event date, estimated quantity and artwork direction are known. Production feasibility depends on quantity, artwork, garment availability, approval timing and destination.
What is the minimum order for full-colour DTG event T-shirts?
Our DTG MOQ starts from 20 pieces per artwork × garment colour.
Can I order different sizes in the same project?
Yes. Select the required size breakdown for your project within the available garment size range.
Can I use different artwork for staff and attendees?
Yes. Different artwork versions can be treated as separate production groups within a coordinated event project.
Can you print on both the front and back?
Yes. Front and back DTG printing is available for compatible artwork configurations.
Can you produce full-colour graphics on black T-shirts?
Yes. Our Brother GTXPro B DTG system uses CMYK + white ink for full-colour printing on black cotton garments.
Can you pack shirts by size or project group?
Project-specific packing requirements can be discussed before production and confirmed according to the order.
Can you guarantee my event deadline?
Share the required delivery date before production. We will review production and logistics feasibility against the project requirements. Rush or unusually tight deadlines should be confirmed before ordering.
