1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (such as holidays or sales), processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–10 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and carrier conditions.

3. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted global logistics companies to ensure safe and timely delivery, including:
UPS, DHL, FedEx, and USPS (for U.S. domestic orders).

A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

4. International Shipping

We currently ship to most countries, including the U.S., U.K., Australia, and Europe.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s customs authority.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link.
You can use this link to check your order status at any time.

6. Delivery Issues

MODAKNITS is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages caused by incorrect addresses or carrier errors.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.

7. Preorders and Custom Items

For preorders or customized products, please allow additional production time of 7–10 business days before shipping.
You will be notified once your custom order is dispatched.
