During high-volume periods (such as holidays or sales), processing times may be slightly longer.

4. International Shipping
We currently ship to most countries, including the U.S., U.K., Australia, and Europe.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s customs authority.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Delivery Issues
MODAKNITS is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages caused by incorrect addresses or carrier errors.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.

For preorders or customized products, please allow additional production time of 7–10 business days before shipping.
You will be notified once your custom order is dispatched.
